In this World Premiere Australian tour, Glen Street favourite Miriam Margolyes brings some of literature’s best known characters to the stage.

Lady Bracknell, Mrs Malaprop, Jane Austen’s Lady Catherine de Burgh, and Mrs Corney and Mr Bumble from Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist are amongst the unforgettable figures brought vividly to life. Award-winning actress Miriam also gives a fascinating insight into her association with many famous writers.

Miriam is once again joined by acclaimed classical pianist John Martin, who will delight you with a selection of popular music and song. Under the expert direction of Peter J. Adams (who has devised stage shows for Sir David Attenborough and Professor Brian Cox) Miriam and John will make their first appearance at Glen Street since the hugely popular Dickens’ Women in this strictly limited season.
